SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Aviito Aromatics. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY:

ORDER & SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Aviito Aromatics handcrafts all products and each item is made to order. Although we keep a very low inventory on hand for product photos and/or market events, we create all products as ordered. Due to this unique process, our order processing times may be longer than other small businesses. All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES

Our FREE shipping options are as follows:

  1. All US orders (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Islands) receive FREE Standard Shipping (5-8 days)
  2. All US orders (includes Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Islands) over $125.00 receive FREE Express Shipping (1-2 days)
  3. Contactless Local Delivery: 1-3 business days (does NOT include holidays or days with inclement/dangerous weather)

  4. Local Pick-Up: Only available on Saturdays that we are attending the Helena Farmers Market in Helena, MT. Please make arrangements with us for this delivery option.

  5. VIP Candle Club: All orders placed in US include FREE Express Shipping (1-2 days) for VIP Candle Club members

We also offer Express Shipping for a flat rate of $21.99 (1-2 business days) for all US orders under $125.00 (includes Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Islands)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Additional charges may apply. Please note that Aviito Aromatics does not control shipping times! Once the package leaves our facility, it is the mail carriers responsibility to deliver your items safely & in a timely manner.


SHIPMENTS TO P.O. BOXES

Aviito Aromatics ships to addresses and/or P.O. Boxes within the U.S. All P.O. Boxes will be shipped to using USPS only and shipping rates/times may vary.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Aviito is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Aviito Aromatics is based out of Montana, USA and does NOT collect sales tax. All orders placed out of Montana to be delivered outside of Montana are subject to sales taxes, fees and other fines in which the customer will be responsible for.

DAMAGES

Aviito Aromatics will happily process an exchange/refund for any items damaged during the shipping process. Please contact us in regards to your order or refer to our Return Policy.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:
We currently ship internationally using UPS Worldwide Saver. Rates calculated at checkout.
